What it is

Reconcile your e-Fatura invoices with the documents you hold, in your browser.

The problem

e-Fatura lists every invoice issued to the company, but the documents themselves arrive scattered and are chased by hand close to the deadline.

How it works

1. 1Import an e-Fatura CSV and a second list (bank CSV or manual)
2. 2Parse a pasted Portuguese invoice QR code (ATCUD)
3. 3Reconcile the two lists by NIF, amount and date window
4. 4See matched, missing and amount-mismatch rows and export a CSV report
